The space

Tucked away on a beautiful, quiet road, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and tranquility.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms — one with a king bed (which can be separated into two twins if needed) and one with a queen — along with two full bathrooms, including an en-suite featuring a spa-style bathtub for relaxing soaks.

A separate room with pocket doors serves as a flexible den or office, complete with two daybeds, perfect for remote work, meditation, yoga, quiet reading, or even an afternoon nap.

The living room, furnished with two large sofas, invites cozy evenings, complete with a hidden movie screen for a true at-home cinema experience.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, pantry essentials, and an impressive selection of spices for those who love to cook.

The adjacent dining area features a table that can extend to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests — ideal for shared meals with family and friends.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a hallway on the same level.

Step outside and enjoy the oversized 14' x 50' heated saltwater pool, complete with an electric cover and mood colored lighting for evening swims. Weather permitting, the pool remains open and heated through the end of October.

The expansive backyard is designed for outdoor living — perfect for grilling, dining under the stars, lounging in the sun, playing a game of catch, cricket, ping-pong or simply unwinding by the fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature.
After a day at the beach, refresh in one of two outdoor showers: one by the pool, the other just outside the living room.

For professional photographers, we also offer access to a traditional darkroom — available upon request — providing a unique opportunity to blend creativity and relaxation during your stay.

Fast Wi-Fi and two smart TVs ensure you stay connected and entertained. But with just a simple switch, you can easily disconnect and enjoy a true off-grid experience.
The house is supplied with filtered water from its own private well, offering fresh, clean water throughout your stay.

You’re also invited to help yourself to our vegetable garden. We've recently created nine raised beds, which will hopefully be flourishing by summer with an abundance of herbs, tomatoes, salad greens, chives, and much more.

Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the property. You will have a manual waiting for you in the house — it covers everything you need to know about the place and its guidelines.
You can park in the private driveway (note: a maximum of four cars is allowed).
We also provide four bicycles for guests to explore the area. Beaches, the village of Southold, wineries, farm stands, charming towns, parks, and antique shops are all just minutes away.Please note: no parties, gatherings, or unannounced guests are allowed.
